Morning Fog
2 oz Redwood empire pipe dream bourbon
1.5 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
salted maple whipped cream
Add bourbon, cold brew, simple syrup and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a tall collins glass. Pour salted-maple whip cream on top. Garnish with ground coffee.
Salted Maple Whipped Cream: Add 4 oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of pure maple syrup and 1/8 tsp of salt to a bowl. Whip mixture with a whisk or electric mixer until it thickens but can still be poured on top.
