Drink of the Giants

2 oz Redwood Empire Emerald Giant whiskey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz organic egg white

Dry shake ingredients vigorously, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe and serve.
