Gold Rush Ingredients
- Ice (for shaking and serving)
- 2 oz Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 cut)
- 2 drops celery bitters
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
Mixing Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the rye, lemon juice, honey syrup, and celery bitters to the shaker.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
