Fairy Ring is a bright, fruit-forward cocktail that balances fresh herbs, ripe fruit, and citrus with the depth of whiskey. Crafted with Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Whiskey Blend, muddled strawberry and mint bring refreshing sweetness, while lemon juice and simple syrup keep the drink crisp and balanced.
Fairy Ring Ingredients
- Ice (for shaking)
- 1.5 oz Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Blend
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3–6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ripe strawberry
- Fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Mixing Instructions
- Add the mint leaves and strawberry to a cocktail shaker.
- Gently muddle to release the strawberry juices and mint oils.
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
- Serve immediately.
