Drink of the Giants is a smooth, well-balanced whiskey sour that highlights the character of Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Whiskey. Fresh lemon juice and maple syrup provide a rich, natural sweetness, while organic egg white creates a velvety texture and creamy finish.
Drink of the Giants Ingredients
- Ice (for shaking)
- 2 oz Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz organic egg white (about 1 egg)
- Bitters, for garnish
Mixing Instructions
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously (without ice) to emulsify the egg white and build texture.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake hard until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with bitters.
- Serve immediately.
