Stout Steward
1.5 oz redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye
1 egg white
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz stout beer
1 oz tonic water
Add rye, egg white and simple syrup to a shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds. Open shaker and add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain mix into a chilled old-fashioned glass pour in stout and tonic water.
