Made with Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Whiskey Blend, fresh apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup, then topped with soda water, this highball is lively, balanced, and finished with a sprig of rosemary.
Sierra Club Collins Ingredients
- Ice (for shaking and serving)
- 2 oz Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Blend
- 1/2 oz fresh apple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz soda water
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
Mixing Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the whiskey, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
