2 oz Redwood Empire Emerald Giant whiskey
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Bar spoon of absinthe
Put bar spoon of absinthe in a chilled coupe and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice and stir for 30-40 seconds. Dump absinthe out of glass and strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist and serve.
